The Ambrose Chronicles
Member of the Fellowship
At first glance Angier looks like any other government suit, but this perception could not be further from the truth. Angier is not from any government agency, at least none that anyone has ever heard of. He says he is from an organization known as The Fellowship that seems to have some involement with the supernatural. Though he never says what their purpose or motives are, Angier demonstrates that it does wield some sort of power as he is able to sway to procedures of the Ambrose Police Department and subvert the orders of a Homeland Security Agent. It is not quite clear when his intentions are but he does seem strongly opposed to Louis Corsone and his crime network. The amount of knowledge he displayed about those under the Pathway spell and the recent events that had transpired is what was truly astonishing. He knew who they were and what they were all involved in before he even introduced himself. He was the first to shed light on the true purpose of the Pathway spell and the only one that has been forthcoming with information about the darker side of the Ambrose underworld. Angier was able to detail the particulars of the spell and more information about those who are after them. He was able to free the Keys and have all charges dropped, emphasizing the importance of finding the information at the end of the spell. He left them with a warning that this was the last time that he or The Fellowship would bail them out and also with a mysterious gift. The only thing that Angier said about the small ceramic disc with the inscription E Umbra Fiat Lux that he gave them was that it was to be broken in the most dire of circumstance.
